We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Orders placed before 3:30PM (EST) M-F will be shipped the same day (as long as equipment is in stock). 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

30 Day No-Risk Return Policy

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept standard returns within 30 days that meet the following guidelines:

Standard Returns

  • New in box equipment - must be in original condition
  • Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unaltered, unused and include all components and manuals
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of shipped date at your expense through a “traceable means” (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FedEx)
  • Credit or refund is issued for returned products, less performance and delivery guarantee charges
  • New in box equipment is returnable only if defective.
  • Returns of new, used and refurbished equipment carry a 20% restocking fee

 Items Not Returnable

  • Installed equipment and software
  • Items listed as non-cancellable/non-returnable
  • Value-added/tuned product
  • Cut-to-length cable
  • Returns of new, used and refurbished equipment carry a 20% restocking fee

Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.
The Return Form can be found on the back of the Packing List. Complete the form and place it in the box prior to return. If you need an additional form, you may use this Return Form (PDF), print the form and complete it. Please reference your original transaction number vs. the backorder number when completing the form.


Defective Product

Was the item inoperable upon receipt or stopped working while in use? If yes, contact our Customer Service Team at 866-943-4737 (prior to sending the product back), or use the Warranty Request Form to facilitate the warranty process.

Order Discrepancies

If your order did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged product, short items, wrong items), contact us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note all returns of new, used and refurbished equipment carry a 20% restocking fee.
